So that we may show consideration to our clients & our technicians, a 24 hour cancellation notice is required. A less than 24 hour notice will result in a 50% charge of services scheduled. A 100% charge of services scheduled will be charged at the event of a no show. A credit card is required at time of booking to secure your appointment.
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment for any Spa Services. We recommend that you book your next appointment prior to checking out to ensure you retrieve your best desired date and time. Services outside of the business hours are charged double the normal price that are posted & published On Site Services for Special Occasions will also be assessed a travel fee.
We ask that your phones be turned off in the spa as a courtesy to our other guests. You may use your phone in the salon area. We ask that you keep your ringer off & your conversation low.
Gratuities are not included in the prices. It is customary to provide your technician, therapist or assistant with a gratuity.
